【摘要】 本文针对我国农业技术推广工作的现状和存在的问题,分析了市场经济条件下农业技术推广各主体的价值取向,探讨了经济转型期农技推广所具有的准公共产品属性,最后提出了改革和创新农业技术推广体制的政策建议。
【英文摘要】 Based on the understanding of current situation and existing problems of agricultural extension services in China,the paper analyzes different stakeholders' value orientation in a context of market economy,and explains the characteristic of agricultural extension services as public goods.The authors suggest that institutional innovation is necessary to adjust currently inefficient system of agricultural extension.
