【摘要】 由佩鲁提出并由他与其追随者发展完善的发展极理论,旨在分析与处理处于经济发展不均衡状态下各经济部门之间的关系。它强调资源配置应集中在某些具有创新能力的行业和产业部门,并由此带动其他经济部门的成长。发展极理论对于农业产业化发展的理论指导和战略形成具有有益的借鉴意义。龙头企业作为农业产业化经营系统中的发展极,需要三方面形成条件并且有三方面作用,同时在在建设过程中呈现出三大效应。基于发展极理论对农业产业化龙头企业建设的政策建议是,突出发展极龙头企业建设,遵循发展极龙头企业市场选立原则,政府为市场选择创造外部条件,龙头企业与农户结成共担风险的利益共同体,注重资本运营,加强技术创新与扩散以及注重农业企业家队伍建设。
