【摘要】 中国农村现存三种主流养老保障方式。尽管传统农村家庭养老保障的功能衰退,但依然沉重地承担着农村养老的责任;制度化的农村社会养老保险曾是解决农村养老保障问题的希冀,然而其举步维艰;社区养老在经济发达地区农村,有着旺盛的生命力,但只是解决农村养老问题的权宜之计。在中国农村社会经济转型的特殊阶段,农村养老需要发挥家庭养老、社会养老保险、社区养老等保障方式的合力作用。
【英文摘要】 This paper analyzes the status and problems of three existing mainstream modes of the old-aged security in the rural areas of China. The analysis in the paper shows that the way out for the old-aged security lies in a resultant force of family security, social insurance security and community security.
