【摘要】 文章以河北省农户问卷调查数据为基础,对现阶段农民素质的内涵进行了评价。通过分析发现:农民文化素质不高,农业技术素质有待改善,农民经营管理素质更需关注;农民参加培训的比例较低,对农业生产技术的培训需求大,农民更喜欢现场面授、课堂面授与实验结合的培训方式;农民素质的高低与农户家庭收入水平有密切的相关性,农民收入对农民就业有一定的影响。上述研究发现对于完善我国农民教育与培训的政策含义在于:注重农民的整体素质提高和能力增强,农民培训工作落实到村,围绕主导产业整体推进;改善工作机制,提高培训绩效以及出台有关扶持政策等。
【英文摘要】 Based on questionnaire to farmers in Hebei Province and the analysis of farmer's qualifications at the current stage,we found that farmers' education,technical skills and especially management knowledge need to be improved;that farmers need considerable amount of training for production and they prefer the combination of on-site training,classroom training and case-based training;that farmer's qualification is closely related to their income and have some impact on their employment.The above findings can be...
