【摘要】 在我国劳动力近乎无限供给的同时,浙江局部区域近两年持续出现了农民工短缺现象,这一现象折射了中国国情的一个重大变化。面对这一新现象,以对浙江的调研为例,通过对浙江近年农民工短缺的数据分析和特质揭示,进一步探究其发生的原因,尝试寻求解决途径。
【英文摘要】 In recent two years,the shortage of peasant-workers in certain areas in Zhejiang has taken place,which reflects a major change in China.Based on the investigation and the analysis of data collected in Zhejiang,the paper tries to explore the causes and solutions.
