摘 要:农民工能力弱势的一个重要方面是信息能力弱势。当下农民工在劳动力价格，社会保障，公共产品享用，文化娱乐消费上表现出来的弱势很大程度上与其弱信息能力有关。本文考察了中国农民工的弱信息能力的涵义，特征和表现，探讨了农民工运用信息内容，信息方法和信息条件解决问题的信息能力。中国农民工的弱信息能力表现在劳动力市场，文化生活，新技术接受等不同的层面上。弱信息能力的成因可从不对称理论得到解释。文章最后提出了增强农民工信息能力的长短战略结合的理论思考，特别是准产业工人地位和市场结构交换能力。[著者文摘]
