【摘要】 当前,天津正面临着建设社会主义新农村的重任。要从根本上推动农村经济的繁荣与发展,就必须积极推进农村城市化建设进程。农村城市化建设对天津农村经济的繁荣与发展具有至关重要的作用。农村城市化建设有利于加速农村富余劳动力的非农化转移、推进农业现代化的实现、增加农民收入以及促进乡镇企业和第三产业的发展。
【英文摘要】 An important task of building new socialist countryside is laying ahead of Tianjin today. To promote rural economy, Tianjin must devote major efforts to push forward rural urbanization development. Rural urbanization keeps playing a considerable leading role in the rural economy in Tianjin.
