【摘要】 以我国当前农业发展新阶段的特点和加入WTO后面临的机遇与挑战为背景,提出我国农业现代化的特定内涵是将粗放低效封闭式的自给性传统农业转变为具有协调均衡的经济结构、自动化和集约化的生产技术、企业化和信息化的经营管理体制和现代化的流通及消费模式的农业发展过程。进一步指出只有全面依靠科技进步,大力发展高新技术产业才能尽快实现农业现代化,同时指出加快利用高新技术、创办农业高新技术示范园区、创新管理体制和运行机制是发展高新技术产业的重要途径,继而论述了高素质创新人才、技术创新和政策支持是发展高新技术产业的基本要素。
【英文摘要】 Regarding the characteristics of new stage of agricultural development and opportunities and challenge faced with WTO as the background,the paper suggested that China's agricultural modernization has the characteristics of harmonious economy construction,atomization and intensive technology,corporation and communication management system,and modernization model of circulation and consumption.China's agricultural modernization should depend on sci-tech advancement and high and new technology industry.Moreove...
