摘　要:以江苏省盐城市X村老年人照料现状为个案，在农村老年人照料过程中存在着家庭照料功能弱化；农村社区有介入老年人照料的意识，但“心有余而力不足”；农村老年人社会保障制度缺失或实施不力等方面的缺陷。专业社会工作如何介入农村老年人照料？建立以社区为依托，将赋权观念运用于老年人小组工作中，发展老年人互助小组的社会工作介入模式是提高我国农村老年人生活品质的较为可行的策略。[著者文摘]

Public work＇s intervention in the rural senior citizen care in China-a case research of X Village in Yancheng, Jiangsu ProvinceQU Yong, CUI Xiang-fenCollege of Humanities and Social Sciences,Nanjing Agricultural University,Nanjing 210095, ChinaAbstract:This article takes X village in Yancheng,Jiangsu province in China as a case, and draws the conclusions that there are many problems in the old care in countryside： firstly ,the functions of family care for the senior citizens have been declining; secondly, the rural communities have a limited resources at disposal despite their consciousness of the intervention in the old-age care; thirdly, social security system for the aged is absent or not implemented well, and so on. Consequently, the article attempts to construct a local model of the old care and suggests that to develop the groups mutual help between old people supported by the rural community in the light of the conception of empowerment in the old people group work is a feasible intervention strategy.[著者文摘]
