【摘要】 当前,我国农村教育非均衡发展状况十分严重,而发展和改革农村教育的关键,在于建设一支数量足够、结构合理、素质优良、扎根农村的教师队伍,特别是在农村贫困地区,加强教师队伍建设尤为紧迫和重要。本文以湖北省长阳县教师队伍为调研样本,考察了其教师队伍现状,分析了问题成因,并提出了针对性的对策建议。
