【摘要】 改革开放以来,浙江省的城乡统筹状况总体上随着经济发展而趋于恶化,城乡差距在进一步扩大。本文的实证分析表明,浙江经济发展与城乡统筹之间存在着一种双向的、互为因果的互动关系。进一步的脉冲响应分析表明,经济发展并不会自动导致城乡差距的缩小,实现城乡统筹发展;相反,经济发展从中长期看还会进一步加大城乡差距。此外,经济发展受城乡统筹水平冲击的效应虽然也为正,但其冲击效应并不显著,特别是短期内几乎不存在冲击效应。
【英文摘要】 The coordinated urban-rural development faces great challenges in Zhejiang Province since the reform and opening up to the outside world.This paper shows that economic growth does not automatically lead to harmonious relations between urban and rural areas;on the contrary,economic growth tends to broaden further the urban-rural gaps in the medium and long term
