摘要】 农地产权结构是农地产权在不同主体间的安排以及产权内部各项权利构成的总体反映。根据产权对经济绩效的一般作用机理以及转型期中国的实际,农地产权结构对农业绩效的影响可以概括为三个方面,即农地所有权结构对农业绩效的影响、农地承包权结构对农业绩效的影响以及产权内部权利构成对农业绩效的影响。这些影响主要是通过农地产权主体的土地利用行为表现出来的,特定的农地产权形式或不同的农地产权结构对权利主体的目标和行为产生影响,在这一影响下产权通过其激励约束功能、外部性内部化以及资源优化配置效应等,促使农地产权主体的相应行为向有利于增加产出、提高效率和降低成本等农业绩效提高的方向发展。
