【摘要】 保障农村妇女土地权益是党和政府稳定农村社会、发展农村经济、实现男女平等的重要举措,然而由于传统文化和社会习俗等多种影响,维护农村妇女土地权益的法律/政策在实践中很难落实。本文以社会性别为分析视角,对保障农村妇女土地权益的法律/政策执行状况进行以文献综述为主的回顾性研究,通过文献搜集并辅之以个别案例的深度访谈,分析这些法律/政策的执行效果以及由此产生的社会后果,并提出了维护农村妇女土地权益的对策建议。
