摘 要:文章对促进循环农业发展的政策支持体系进行了研究,提出“以可持续发展观为指导,推动各级政府制定全局政策”;“着眼弱质产业发展,建立工业反哺农业的长效机制”;“制定农业科技专项行动计划,强化科技支农制度建设”;“改革农业投资体制,多渠道筹措循环农业发展所需资金”以及“制定相关政策,形成有机结合的政策体系”等政策建议。[著者文摘]
