摘　要:基于对农技推广服务经济学属性的分析，认为在计划经济时代，农技推广服务因制度性因素而成为公共物品，现阶段已具备混合物品的特点，但由于农技产品消费活动的双重性及我国农民对农业技术的私人消费态度依然不坚决，以国家投入为主的科技服务体系仍应占主导地位。[著者文摘]
