摘 要:本研究围绕党的十六大有关全面小康社会建设的精神,参照反映国内小康建设与国际社会发展的相关指标体系,采用层次分析法,设计出一套较为客观的全面小康社会的指标体系.然后根据不同国家的社会发展状况与我国的国情,计算出全面小康社会的标准值,并以上海市郊区为例,衡量其现阶段全面小康建设的实现程度.并与发达国家的社会发展水平做定量比较分析.[著者文摘]
