On the Issue of Right Support to Peasant- workers in a CityQAIN Ya- xian（ Party School of Ningbo Municipal Committee of the CPC, Ningbo 315012, China ）Abstract:Peasant - workers have made great contributions to the economic and social development in our country, yet the support to their legal rights gives some cause for concern at the moment. The lack of the peasant - workers＇ legal rights is due to both the deep historic reasons of the society and the realistic ones resulting from many fields such as the transformation of social economy.
