摘　要:提高和增加农民收入，是农业和农村经济发展的根本出发点，是“三农”问题的核心。本文结合上海郊区农民近年来的收入现况，分析影响农民持续增收和农村经济存在的主要问题，为建立农民增收长效机制提出相应的措施和建议，这对上海建设社会主义新郊区、增加农民收入以及率先实现农业现代化具有重要的借鉴意义。[著者文摘]
