摘　要:农村城镇化的动力机制不断趋于多元化。文章分析了其推动因素和阻碍因素，以此来研究农村城镇化的动力机制，建立动力系统结构模型，并以烟台市为例作了实证分析。最后结合我国实际，围绕动力机制提出了我国农村城镇化持续健康发展的基本思路。[著者文摘]
