摘　要:建设新农村，在政府推动和社会参与的前提下，关键是发动农村的主体——最广大的农民群众。因此，培养新型农民就成为新农村建设的当务之急。新型农民必须“有文化、懂技术、会经营”，具有自立意识、合作精神、法制观念和创业本领，能够适应新农村建设的需要。借鉴国外经验，新型农民的培养必须大力发展农村职业教育，加快农业科技推广，加大农民培训力度，提高农民的组织化意识。[著者文摘]
