摘 要:农村财务是农村干群十分关注的一个问题，搞好农村财务管理对于密切干群关系，保持农村稳定，促进农村经济稳步发展将产生十分重要的积极作用。目前村级财务存在诸多的问题，因此建设新农村推行“村级会计委托代理制”很有必要性，为完善村级会计委托代理机制必须采取相应措施。[著者文摘]
