摘 要:自20世纪90年代以来,食品质量安全经济作为一门新型经济学科已渐成气候.与相对成熟的食品质量安全消费经济相比,国外食品质量安全生产经济研究与应用也获得长足发展,成为食品安全经济领域的一个重要分支.把握作为学术研究和政策分析工具的食品质量安全生产经济,关键是要了解食品质量安全生产经济的基本理论与分析方法,重视食品质量安全的成本-效果实证应用.鉴于国外在该领域的研究时间并不长,为缩短与国外的差距,国内有关方面应予足够重视与深切关注.
