摘　要:生物技术产业必将成为21世纪的主导产业，其发展对中国经济社会发展具有极其重要的意义。中国面临大幅提升生物技术产业国际竞争力的历史机遇，并且当前具备了一定的实力。在影响我国生物技术产业国际竞争力诸决定性因素中，我国在科学技术基础、投入力度与投融资机制、人力资源、政策、产业布局与结构等主要因素方面各具竞争优势与劣势。应当根据上述因素，借鉴生物技术产业发达国家有关政策和做法并结合我国具体国情制定相应政策，全面提升我国生物技术产业国际竞争力。[著者文摘]

Analysis and evaluation for international competence of the biotechnology industry of ChinaPENG Yi, HUANG Zu-hui, GUO Hong-dong （College of Management Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310029 ,China）Abstract:The biotechnology industry will certainly be the leading industry in the 21st century and it has extremely important significance to Chinese society and economy development. China is faced with a historic opportunity for improving international competence of the biotechndogy industry by a wide margin and now has fair strength. In all determinant factors influencing international competence of Chinese biotechnology industry, our country has each competitive edge and inferior position in the factors of base of science and technology, investment indensity, mechanism of investment and financing, human resources, policy, managerial system, industrial distribution, industrial structure and other related factors. Relevant policy ought to be formulated based on above factors to improve international competence of Chinese biotechnology industry all round way, while policy and method of work of those countries which have flourishing biotechnology industry ought to be drawn on the experience of and the specific condition of our country ought to be combined with.[著者文摘]
