摘　要:本文概述了技术创新对农业结构优化和升级的效应；以山东省为例，分析了山东省农业技术创新的现状与农业结构调整的问题和矛盾；从宏观调控与政策引导，构建技术创新和推广体系，培育农业高新技术产业群，发挥农产品比较优势。建立风险保障体系方面，提出了技术创新推动山东农业结构调整的对策。[著者文摘]
