摘　要:近几年,党中央、国务院以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局,按照统筹城乡发展的要求,采取了一系列支农惠农的重大政策.这些政策的落实,加强了“三农”工作,农业和农村发展出现了积极变化,粮食连续两年较大幅度增产,农业结构调整向纵深推进,农民收入较快增长,农村社会事业进一步发展.这些成绩的取得,除了政策因素外,农村农业投资提高也是一个不可或缺的因素.[第一段]

The Analysis of Rural Agricultural Investments in ChinaLi Ninghui, Sun Jiwei　Abstract:In addition to government policies, the investment in agriculture and rural area necessarily has impact on the improvement of production and livelihood in rural area. The main investors have been being government, collectives, and rural households, with government playing a dominant role. Bank, enterprise, social organization, institution, even individual person may also be investor,but their investment is limited because of their low interests. Nowadays, there is a big gap between the supply of and demand for investment, while the abilities of government and social society in supporting agriculture and rural society are still underdeveloped.
