摘 要:在全球化体系下，中国农产品进口压力增大，价格下降，贸易逆差增加，失业率提高，加之贸易环境日趋失衡和发达国家的贸易保护主义，使中国农民在世界市场上的竞争力下降。由于加入WTO带来影响的滞后性，以及中国政府采取的一系列应对措施，中国农民暂时没有感受到这种冲击波的影响，但这并不等于没有影响。要从根本上解决全球化体系下的中国农民问题，必须将其置于全球化大背景中整体考量，并采取治本措施，提高其在世界市场的竞争力。[著者文摘]
