摘 要:在农业贸易自由化日益扩大、农业国际化进程加快的背景下,中国必须继续坚持既定的粮食安全战略,立足国内生产,适当进口国外粮食.同时,要选择以比较优势为基础的、积极促进融入世界贸易体系的农产品贸易战略,即立足促进农业结构战略性调整,提高资源配置效率;以缓解农村就业压力为战略出发点;提高农业国际竞争力等等.建议近期采取努力扩大优势农产品出口,防范和消除农产品进口激增对国内市场形成冲击,防范和消除农产品进口激增对国内市场形成冲击等关键政策措施。[著者文摘]

The Strategic Choice to Integrate China Agriculture into the World Trade SystemCHENG Guo-qiang （Research Center for Market Economy, Development Research Center of the State Council, Beijing 100010, China）Abstract:With the increasing liberalization of agricultural trade and the acceleration of the agricultural internationalization, China must continue to adhere to established strategy of food security by basing itself on domestic production with proper foreign imports. In the meantime, it is necessary to choose the agricultural product trade strategy based on relative advantages and that can be integrated into world trade system, that is, to improve resource arrangement efficiency based on the promotion of strategic adjustment of agricultural structure; to take remission of employment pressure in the rural areas as the object in mind and to improve international competitiveness. It is suggested to take key policy measures in the near future： to try to increase the exports of advantageous agricultural products; to prevent and eliminate the impact of the imported agricultural products on domestic market.[著者文摘]
