【摘要】 在相同的宏观背景下农民职业分化受农民个人因素、家庭因素、居住地因素等微观因素影响。对青岛965个农户的调查资料进行定量分析的结果表明,农民个人因素对农民职业分化起决定性作用,受教育程度对农民职业分化有显著的促进作用。
【英文摘要】 Under the same macrobackground,farmers professional differentiation is influenced,on the micro-level,by farmers themselves,family,residence and so on. The quantitive study of 965 households in Qingdao area shows that farmers themselves play a decisive role in farmers professional differentiation and that educational background also prominently promotes farmers professional differentiation.

【英文摘要】 Under the same macrobackground,farmers professional differentiation is influenced,on the micro-level,by farmers themselves,family,residence and so on. The quantitive study of 965 households in Qingdao area shows that farmers themselves play a decisive role in farmers professional differentiation and that educational background also prominently promotes farmers professional differentiation.
