【摘要】 迄今为止,大多数研究用"城市的眼光"看待"城中村"及其问题,把"城中村"归结为城市问题。本文将"城中村"定义为制度意义的农村,将"城中村"作为一个特殊的"三农"问题进行研究,提出"城中村"改造的关键是突破"制度瓶颈"。
【英文摘要】 So far most of the literatures on city-villages keep sight of urban orientation,concluding that the city-villages as well as their problems are kind of urban problems. In this paper,the author defines creatively the city-villages as institutional villages,and holds the city-villages as well as their problems as the special issue of "The Problem of Farmers-Agriculture-Countryside".
