【摘要】 本文对农村合作金融改革与发展进程进行了考察,探讨了农村合作金融发展深陷"存量改革难"与"增量发展受阻"双重困境的制度成因,提出了农村合作金融增量渐进发展论的分析框架。
【英文摘要】 This paper reviews and studies the process of the reform and development of rural cooperative finance. Authors study and discuss the system causes of the dual dilemmas in which we are placed when we reform the formal rural cooperative finance and the informal develop. Then authors propose the analytical framework about rural cooperative financial incremental progressive development theory.
