【摘要】 城市化进程的加快,大量的土地被征用,失地农民数量不断增加。面对失地农民的现状和存在的问题,应积极制定政策,促进失地农民社会保障体系的建立和完善,从根本上保障和维护失地农民的合法权益,这也是构建和谐社会的必然要求。
【英文摘要】 In the process of urbanization,a great deal of land has been expropriated and many farmers have lost their land in the countryside.In view of the problems and difficulties of these farmers,relevant policies should be made to promote the establishment and perfection of the social security system for them,therefore ensuring their legal rights and interests.This is necessary for the construction of a harmonious society.
