【摘要】 农民普遍认为由国家出钱、农民出工、村委会组织来建设新农村。农民急需政府解决社会保障和孩子学费负担。有的地区村委会的职能没有很好地发挥,缺乏村民的参与和认同;有的地区村委会能够发挥作用,但是农民也表示出对村委会贪污腐败、挥霍村集体财产的担忧。大部分农民认为只能出工建设新农村,反映了农民缺乏参与意识和主体意识。
【英文摘要】 The farmers think the government should support in terms of investment and policies,the village committee should organize the villagers,and the farmers only could support the labor force.Social security and the burden of tuition fee should be solved by government in priority.The village committee has not implemented its functions and the farmers are lack of participation in village public management.
