【摘要】 近年来,在北京、上海、江苏、浙江等省份的一些县市,地方政府开始引导农民集中居住。但是,在实行的过程中,地方政府往往出于自身利益而强制要求农民参加,造成许多不良后果。本文从目前农民集中居住的现状出发,着重分析了其中存在的问题,最后得到结论,并提出相关的政策建议。
【英文摘要】 In recent years,local governments have begun to induct farmers to live in the form of concentration in some counties of some provinces such as Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang.But local governments usually enforced farmers to participate this projection due to their interest demands during the implement and has led to many bad results.This article starts from describing status quo of farmers'concentration living,focuses on analyzing existing problems,attains some conclusions and puts forward policy sug...
