【摘要】 本文以深圳市为例,在对城市外来流动人口政策的压力环境、政策变迁及农民工的制度性社会支持进行分析的基础上,利用2005年西安交通大学人口与发展研究所对深圳市外来农村流动人口的调查数据,对农民工的非制度性社会支持和社会融合现状进行了深入分析。研究发现:农民工的工作和生活的圈子主要还是依赖于乡土关系或亲属关系,政府、社会、社区向流动人口提供的制度性支持非常少,农民工的社会融合程度不高,农民工与当地市民处于相对隔离状态。最后,本文提出了流动人口政策的方向、目标以及促进农民工社会融合的政策建议。
