【摘要】 失地农民的补偿问题是关系到农民利益及社会安定的重大问题。本文分析了现行失地农民补偿政策存在的问题,陈述了实行完全补偿的依据,并对完全补偿的范围、补偿期限及补偿价格进行了探讨。
【英文摘要】 Compensation for the land lost is major issue concerning farmers' benefits and social stability.In this study the author analyzed the problems exposed by the present compensation policy and the reasons for a complete compensation.And based on these analyses,possible proposals are made in the end.
