【摘要】 对浙江省乡村企业进城成长意愿与绩效的调查分析发现,进城成长已经成为乡村企业寻求持续成长的重要战略选择;乡村企业进城成长的意愿强度会因企业的规模和所处产业的不同而异;创新激励、中介服务、国际交流、融资门槛和政府服务是影响乡村企业进城成长意愿的5个重要因素;目前进城经营并没有增强乡村企业的成长能力。
【英文摘要】 Many TVEs in Zhejiang province tend to resettle to the cities for a brighter and sustainable development and better performance.The degree of such desire seems to be associated with their businesses and size.Other factors include: incentive for innovation,intermediate services,access to international exchanges,availability to get financing,and government services
