【摘要】 健康与贫困有着密切关系。我国农村人口健康贫困主要是由于农民公平参与和利用健康资源的能力和机会的削弱或丧失、既有制度缺位、健康资源配置不合理以及农民支付能力有限等原因造成的。构建政府主导的基本健康服务公共支持体系、增加农民收入、强化健康教育是摆脱我国农村人口健康贫困的主要途径。
【英文摘要】 Health is connected closely to poverty. The most important causes for the health-related poverty of rural population are: lack of the capacity and opportunities to participate fairly in health activities and make use of health resources, the absence of appropriate institutions, ill-allocation of the health resource, and the peasant's limited financial ability to afford health care, etc. The main ways to get rid of the health-related poverty are to establish the government-leading public health service syste...
