【摘要】 合作社作为弱者的组织,源于个体劳动者经济联合的需要,是市场经济发展的必然产物。对于我国广大的农村来说,合作社是小农家庭进入市场的桥梁和纽带;是农业产业组织的主体;是农村参与发展模式的组织载体;是农村治理结构改革的组织基础;是提高农民社会经济地位的主要途径;是我国农村市场化进程中的必然选择。
