摘 要:农村劳动力转移是我国实现工业化必须面对的重大课题，也是解决我国三农问题的根本途径。现阶段，我国的农村劳动力转移突出地表现为农民工进城问题。农民工进城的途径是否流畅，直接影响着农村劳动力转移的数量和质量。从对农民工进城的主要途径的分析显示，2000年到2005年，农民工对于进城途径的选择逐步理性，明显的变化趋势是：“自己进城”等农民工进城的自主因素有所增强，“随工头进城”等被动因素有所减弱；性别、学历、收入水平、区位等因素对农民工进城途径的选择也有一定的影响。[著者文摘]

It is also a fundamental way to solve our three rural problems： peasants, agriculture and rural areas. Currently, rural labor transfer is reflected in rural laborers entering city. Actually whether the rural laborers can enter the city smoothly will affect the quality and quantity of rural labor transfer. Investigations show that, from 2000 to 2005, the rural laborers became more and more rational in choosing their ways of entering the city. They have become more active and independent than before.
