Project brief:
This program provides insights and analysis on how the global pandemic is affecting China and global food systems, as well as reflections on transforming food systems after COVID-19 based on Food Systems Approach. This program proposes several key recommendations in order to strengthen the resilience of global food systems and prepare for future shocks.
